Cancellation and Refund Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Ergo-Path System, LLC has the right to cancel a course/program.
Should Ergo-Path System, LLC cancel a course/program, full refunds automatically will be made for all payments received; participants need not request a refund. Refunds may take up to 21 days for processing.
Participants may choose to apply the fees paid to the next available course, but the participant must notify us in writing after they have received notification of the course cancellation.
Ergo-Path System LLC will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation fees incurred as a result of any cancellation. We recommend that you book your travel, rental cars, and accommodations with some flexibility. Our courses do not always fill and can be canceled as a result. We must have enough attendees to ensure the learning experience and the learning process meet our requirements.
Should a participant wish to cancel a pre-paid registration and receive a refund, the participant must complete the necessary “Request for Refund Form”, and submit the completed request to accounting@ergo-pathsystem.com for processing. The form may also be submitted in person, by US mail, or FAX.
For a written refund request received/postmarked 10 days or more before a course/program commences: a full refund is given.
For a refund request received/postmarked 7 days or less before a course/program commences: a full refund will be provided after deductions for a $25 administrative fee and the cost of related books and/or materials.
For a refund request received/postmarked after a course/program commences: no refund is provided except in cases of extreme personal hardship or medical necessity. Then, the refund will be made on a pro-rata basis, after deduction for a $45 administrative fee.
